Today I think of some research topic as my ambition is to become a part of R&D firm. It may remain as a dream but I don't care...Still I will b keep on doing it for my satisfaction. After all its true that scientists should not work for profit, they work for their satisfaction that they gain after each n every achievement .
Nowadays science n engineering students here in India are increasing day by day. Only a few or none of them diverts to research sections. There are several reasons.. mainly due to lack of motivation another thing that they lack proper kinda facilities... I took a glance over nano-electronics its amazing that lot of opportunities are there in that field but when u read over that topic u will come to know that its rather difficult to implement than to learn..Though its developed one in medicine n chemical fields lot more developments are yet to attain in electronics section. Its easy to conclude that why there arent good researchers here .
Recently a German firm Infenion implemented ever smallest transistor using nano tubes n silicon oxides. If we have to carry over the research then we need to outperform them . Without implementing existing ones how can we move further.?? There were several achievements like that if we talk about history esp during world wars later those inventions n developments nothing happened of that kind . The damn Infenion transistor works with 0.4 volts n 15uA... amazing isnt it ?? If the requirements are less then we all are masters in that field some examples for that all are the innovations in IT sections(i think i already wrote about it in previous blogs..) .
In developed countries R&D are funded by several companies institutions or organisations. Some of ppl I meet from R&D often tell about millions of donations that they are getting.. Most of 'em are Canadians.. Im not envious over that still thinking for a solution.. Development hierarchy goes like this...

Can we expect a break through in nano-technology..? Expected developments are not only in transistors but also in robotics and 3D structures.. simply speaking those devices should contain moving parts in nano scale range are upcoming innovations... It isnt that difficult but for those who developed up to 1st generation products thts a hurdle.. Hope that some one will get inspired and will share some information with me as well as fellow friends..
